Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order to the address you provided at checkout. Shipping is available exclusively within the UK, with free delivery to mainland UK. If you are in UK but not on the mainland, please contact us for a shipping quote at made4catsuk@gmail.com
Standard shipping usually takes up to 4 working days (up to 11 working days for the Channel Islands. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us for a quote at made4catsuk@gmail.com
Cancellation
Changed your mind? Let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll cancel and refund your order. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 10% fee as we will have started preparing your order.
Faulty goods return procedure
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please let us know within 14 days. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your order.
In the rare event that your order arrives visibly damaged, please inform the delivery driver, make a note on the delivery document, take photos if possible, and contact us as soon as you can.
Returns and refund
Need to return an item? We offer hassle-free returns within 28 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.
How to return:
- Contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Without this, we are unable to process a refund.
- You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us at your own expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.. We will make a deduction from the amount refunded to you if the goods have been used, parts are missing or the goods or their packaging has been damaged.
